A comprehensive machine learning project focused on developing advanced pneumonia detection models using chest X-ray images. The project leverages four sophisticated machine learning models (EfficientNetB0, VGG16, Random Forest, and XGBoost) to create a robust diagnostic tool. By analysing 5,856 chest X-ray images, the project aims to enhance medical image classification accuracy, potentially reducing healthcare professionals' diagnostic workload and improving patient outcomes.

Developed a federated learning model using MIMIC-III dataset, achieving ~95% accuracy. Implemented secure aggregation and differential privacy for GDPR/HIPAA compliance.

Discovery & Analysis
I begin by thoroughly understanding the project requirements, target users, and business objectives. Leveraging my expertise in Python, Java, and JavaScript, I analyze the technical feasibility and identify the most suitable technologies for the project. We'll collaborate to define key functionalities, data requirements, and performance metrics.
Architecture & Planning
Drawing from my experience with MERN stack, Java EE, and various ML frameworks, I design a robust system architecture. I create a detailed project roadmap, breaking it down into manageable sprints. We'll discuss database choices (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), API designs, and integration of ML models where applicable.
Agile Development & Iteration
With my Agile and Scrum background, I implement features in short, focused sprints. I use test-driven development to ensure over 90% code coverage.
